Blue Lotus is a botanical treasure cherished by different civilizations for thousands of years for its naturally occurring antioxidants and supportive nutrients.
Today, it's used in a ritualistic way to activate the third eye, raise one's vibration and deepen intuition.
Blue Lotus was often used as a visionary plant to elicit dream states that would take royalty to higher realms, expanding intuition and astral dreaming capabilities.
The Ancient Egyptians used to consume Blue Lotus by smoking the dried flowers in pipes as depicted in hieroglyphs, as well as brewing the flowers as tea, along with using blue lotus flowers for smudging, making salves, perfumes and cosmetics.
Instructions For Tea:
Simply add boiling hot water to teapot/large mug and steep Blue Lotus flowers inside.
Or, brew on the stove 1-2 whole flowers in a large pot of water (300ml per flower) until boiling and simmer for 3 mins on low heat once reaching boiling point.
One flower typically makes 2 servings of tea.
