Rosemarinus officinalis

Rosemary essential oil is produced by steam distillation of the flowering tops of this herb.
 
It has analgesic properties making it useful in treating overworked muscles and arthritic pain.
 
Great to use in a massage blend for tired, overworked muscles.
 
As a tonic type oil it is useful in the treatment of poor circulation, painful periods, exhaustion and headaches.
 
It helps with fatigue and can be used to promote mental alertness.
 
Rosemary should not be used in cases of epilepsy, hypertension or pregnancy.
 
Blends well with lemon, bergamot, basil, juniper, lemongrass and lavender
 
Caution: Not to be taken. Not for medicinal use. Keep away from children. Avoid direct light & painted surfaces. Store below 30 degrees celcius. Do not use undiluted.
